“青年人才托舉工程”項目是中國科協(xié)于2015年開(kāi)始組織實(shí)施的一項青年人才培養計劃,也是國家青年人才培養體系的重要組成部分。該項目每期從全國學(xué)會(huì )中擇優(yōu)遴選出32歲以下的青年科技人才予以扶持,中國科協(xié)所屬學(xué)會(huì )聯(lián)合體、學(xué)會(huì )具體實(shí)施。項目旨在探索創(chuàng )新青年科技人才選拔培養機制,不拘一格地發(fā)現和扶持有望成為未來(lái)科技領(lǐng)軍人物的優(yōu)秀青年人才脫穎而出,為建設世界科技強國、實(shí)現中國民族偉大復興的中國夢(mèng)提供人才保障。項目采用以獎代補、穩定支持的方式對青年人才進(jìn)行資助培養。
中國營(yíng)養學(xué)會(huì )自2016年起,積極開(kāi)展該項目,各位受托舉青年人在創(chuàng )新研究、學(xué)術(shù)交流等方面取得了新成績(jì),對青年人才培養和儲備發(fā)揮了積極作用,促進(jìn)了更多的營(yíng)養領(lǐng)域青年學(xué)者秉承傳承和創(chuàng )新的精神,堅定科學(xué)信念,勇攀科學(xué)高峰,為營(yíng)養科學(xué)的創(chuàng )新發(fā)展貢獻自己的力量。
